During an Intermec RFIDeploySM Process Analysis, our consultants work with the end-user customer to validate the customer's RFID business plan and goals by carefully considering the underlying assumptions regarding data processing, RFID technology, and any assets to be tagged. During the Analysis, it may be determined that some of the assumptions presented in the business case, or plan, cannot be effectively supported to the customer's satisfaction by RFID technology. Under these circumstances, alternative data capture methods, such as traditional barcode scanning may be proposed. It may also be determined during the Analysis, that customer processes not addressed in the original business plan do merit consideration for support by RFID, inasmuch as they could also be enlisted to further the customer's business-related goals. In any case, the principal purpose of the RFIDeploy Process Analysis is to produce a set of RFID technology-related recommendations that will provide optimal supportof customer goals for business processing and project ROI.

That's right: When the three post-business-case RFIDeploy services (Process Analysis, Site Analysis and Site Installation) are performed or authorized by Intermec Global Services, the performance of the customer's RFID technology system is guaranteed to meet or exceed the criteria for success as established during the implementation process, for 18 months after system go-live.
