Medallion Select is the comprehensive support solution for the CS40 mobile computer, the SG10 and SG20 general-duty bar code scanners, and the PR2 and PR3 mobile printers.

Medallion Select: Bronze Depot Coverage
Intermec's comprehensive Medallion Select Bronze (5-business day) Service extends the standard Medallion service plan to cover accidental breakage of our light product handling solutions like the CS40. This Depot Service Plan ensures that your business critical devices are serviced and tested to exacting factory standards. Before return, units are cleaned and preventative maintenance is performed.

Medallion Select Silver Replacement: Your Equipment "On Demand"
Upgrading your Medallion Select Bronze service plan to the Silver Replacement solution provides overnight replacement of your defective device. Once received at the depot, the failed device will be serviced and then returned to the customer-owned and Intermec-managed inventory in 2 business days.
